If you have forgotten your password or you are not able to log-in, follow the instructions below to reset your password.
NOTE: Save these instructions for your use in the future.
  1. Navigate to the SSPR site via the link below or the link contained in your email.
    https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/?whr=fmi.com
  2. In the box under User ID, enter your ID followed by ‘@fmi.com’.
  3. Enter the characters in the picture and click ‘Next’
NOTE: Characters may be difficult to read. You can request a new code by clicking the refresh icon. There is no limit of the number of attempts allowed.
  1. If you have forgotten your password, select ‘I forgot my password’ from the options.
  2. NOTE: If you know your password, but still can’t successfully sign-in, click here for instructions to log in.
  1. Select ‘Email my alternate email’ and click ‘Email’.
  1. You will receive two separate emails:

    - containing a 6-digit verification code

    - notification confirmation that you requested a password reset for your account.
  2. Enter the verification code contained in the email in the box and click ‘Next’.

  1. Enter and confirm a new password following the password requirements outlined below:
    • Minimum of eight characters
    • Must start with an alphabetical character
    • Use of one character from each of the following groups:
      • Lower case alphabet
      • Upper case alphabet
      • Numbers
      • Special Characters (*,#,@,!)

  2. Click ‘Finish’.
  3. You will see a confirmation message that your password has been successfully reset. Log in using your username and new password.

If you know your password but are not able to log in, follow these instructions to unlock your account and log in.
  1. If you know your password, select ‘I know my password, but still can’t sign in’ and click ‘Next’.
  1. From the Verification screen, select ‘Email my alternate email’ and click ‘Email’.
  1. You will receive an email containing a 6-digit verification code.
  2. Enter the verification code contained in the email and click ‘Next’.
  1. You will see a confirmation message that your password has been unlocked.
  2. Log in using your username and password.
